One day a long while ago I had a dream. I dreamt of holding a retreat in India. I had no idea how or where it was going to happen but I knew I wanted it to happen. So I say hold your own vision up, dare to dream, watch what happens when you want something. Open yourself to all possibilities to let your dreams come true because mine did and still do.
If you haven't practiced with me before I invite you to a free class or two to get a feel for me as a teacher before making the commitment to join me. You can practice either in-person in my Uxbridge classes or virtually.
Email me with any queries, questions or curiousity.
