There are many reasons why students, of all ages, practice yoga on a 1:1 basis, or as a couple, even a family.
- Private yoga sessions can be a great way to introduce you to the foundations of yoga to help you gain confidence before joining a class. I have helped many students with a few personal yoga sessions before welcoming them into a general class.
- Practicing therapeutically, tailoring sessions to address particular health concerns, long term health conditions or injuries. Private yoga can focus in depth with appropriate physical, breathing and meditation practices to personally assist you.
- Establishing a home/self-practice or to deepen an already established practice.
- Students practice privately to suit their busy lifestyle and availability on a weekly basis.
I am happy to draw up bespoke lesson plans for you to take home as a practice guide. Private yoga sessions are based from my home garden studio in Hillingdon where I’ve been offering yoga for the last 12 years, in exceptional circumstances I will come to your home, for an additional travel fee. During the Covid pandemic private sessions via Zoom have been really successful so this is a viable option to continue beyond restrictions being lifted.
Students will be asked to complete a questionnaire before their first session.
