Everyone is welcome in these all level classes, from beginners to experienced practitioners. My teaching is offered to students in a tiered approach, so all students are able to find a level at which suits them. Either keeping your practice at a gentler pace, or adding various options a tier at a time, building up to find a playful edge to your own level of practice.
This tiered multi-level approach applies to the physical practice as well as breathing and meditation techniques, so all levels are accommodated in these classes.
