Learn and practice the foundations of correct full breathing for vitality. Stretching and warming movements led you into key yoga poses where you will learn how to move and place your body to strengthen, tone and improve your flexibility and overall range of movement. You will be introduced to yogic philosophy to support your yoga practice as well as enjoy the many benefits of a deep relaxation in each class.
I encourage beginners to come to yoga with an open mind and to commit to a few months of practice to realise the full range of positive benefits.
