Journey Deeper

Whilst attending weekly classes is ideal for your yoga journey, taking time to delve deeper is hugely rewarding and is something many students start to seek out after practicing yoga for a while.  It’s often about searching for something more, being curious to learn meditation techniques and other practices beyond the physical practice.

Having practiced myself, a dedicated and regular practice for over 20 years now, I love to share the rich offerings from the whole colourful spectrum of yoga.
