At the same time as strengthening we soften too. Learn a variety of tired and tested breathing techniques to guide you through pregnancy, to apply throughout labouring, and beyond. You can expect lots of mindful connection, affirmations, sounds and feminine wisdom to help empower you at his hugely transformative time of your life.
Ladies that have pelvic girdle pain are very welcome to join classes, I will modify postures for you.
